What if his family gave him away, or hid him away out of shame? White tigers are not a good thing. In real life 80% of them die off, and most of the ones who survive have lots of disabilities. As far as the shows concerned, they could put some sort twist on it. Instead of focusing on a disability, they could turn white fur into a mark of shame.
Maybe now that Tygra got his 3-tips bolowhip, he can give her his old one.

This was what I envision Pumyra might look like. The episode has premiered in Ireland already and I know my PS job is obsolete by now, but I really hope they keep the black sclera of the Puma clan on her, as they would add a very mystical factor to her appearance. I would love purple eyes, as it’s the only color we haven’t seen other than blue (I imagine Ben-Gali having blue eyes and brown stripes).
As much i know you guys don’t like my ideas, i have to get this out.
First - If there are other Thunderian slaves at Mount Plundar, I’m guessing they’re the other two new Thundercats, Bengali and Lynx-O (the NS’s remake of “Thundercats Ho!” from the OS)
Second - Here’s the thing, after all this waiting for Pumyra to make an appearance, i was hoping she and the others would hit it off well, they certainly did in the OS. This whole “Pumyra blames Lion-O” thing just isn’t at all what i expected
Third - I was kinda hoping Pumyra, Lynx-O and Bengali would address Lion-O in a more formal manner (calling him Sire, Your Majesty, My Lord, or at the very least, sir) in contrast to the Original group members who all address Lion-O in a more familiar tone (only calling him by name, as if he were just someone they hung out with a lot). But the way things are going, Lion-O’s not likely to get respect from any of the three, he certainly gets little from the main group.
I get where you’re coming from here, but that’s just not how Lion-O rolls. Lion-O does consider himself a king and is now starting to take his authority seriously and own the title, but he still doesn’t seem to see himself as a ruler as much as he sees himself as a servant to his people. Yes he is in a leadership position, but he seems to interpret that as protecting them and taking care of them, putting them before himself, and what’s more he doesn’t view himself as being anyone’s better.
In short, yes other Thunderans should call him “sire” or “Your Highness” but Lion-O will simply insist they don’t. Think of him like Moses or Joshua who were the leaders of nations but had no title and simply went by their names because they served a higher power. For Lion-O that higher power is his people.
If Bengali lived in the tiger clan and recognizes Tygra’s new whip he maybe thinks that Tygra is the king at first. 
Well, he is. He’s the king of the Tigers (for what that’s worth). If Bengali is part of or remembers the Tiger clan he may encourage Tygra to either take control from Lion-O or go off on his own. In the old show he could be a bit of a hothead (because by that point Lion-O had matured).
I like her weapon to and it is not in the new one.
I recall in the OS that when the three new ones appeared, they referred to Lion-o as “lord” but where to told not to, it was not necessary.
According to other threads she has a croosbow/small bow type weapon incorporated into her bracelet.

Hmm, I think that would actually be quite an interesting twist? Maybe he could be wandering alone, eking out a living as a blacksmith? It would certainly explore the hints of racism/discrimination within Thunderian society that we saw in the original, a little hint that I thought was really subtle and clever. They could certainly easily incorporate that into the moral weave of each episode.
That’d be an interesting thing to see.
If after “Native Son” Tygra keeps on defying Lion-o, and Bengali recognizes Tygra as his king, it would be fun to see who he follows: Tygra or Lion-o, and his conflict about that lol
FIRST: IF there is a mount plundarr, which I would actually like, I mean Slithe has to have a home, right? That idea makes a fair bit of sense actually, it would certainly be a freat two/three parter where the cats try to rescue the captured Thunderians and band them together to start reforming their society.
Second: It isn’t what a lot of people expected, but I think it makes a lot of sense and is very interesting. I mean think about it, that is how real people react, right? If you saw your home invaded and destroyed, and were captured or enslaved by an invading army, you might be pretty pi**ed at the government for letting it happen, right? So why not explore that here? I hope the spoilers arent true and she holds onto that resentment for an episode or two, with Liono slowly earning her respect.
Third: No, I don’t think that would work at all. For a start at the moment he isn’t just a king, he’s technically a guerilla leader of sorts too. I think a simple sentence would be all it took to explain that the casual banter is in no way a mark of disrespect. For example, If LynxO bowed and referred to LionO as ‘sire’ or ‘your majesty’ when he met him, then LionO lifted him up and stated ‘Call me LionO’, that would mark him out as a very different type of king, a different type of leader than his father, and it would work well. He has certainly used his title to introduce himself or declare who he is to Mummra, so he can use it when he needs to, but not always.

Interesting yes, but I wouldn’t like to see that. I’d like to see LionO and Tygra bond now, and see their relationship as brothers develop, and then the two Kings reuniting the Tiger and other cat clans. It is clear Tygra recognises LionO as king, and it would be nice to see that relationship grow as they try and reunite all the Thunderians.
I like the other two Lynx-o and Bengali as slave then the team saves them.
Exactly, the dynamic between Lion-O and Tygra needs to change from “bickering siblings” to “strong co-leaders” both brothers need each other as one has skills the other lacks. Honestly at the end of the series I’d like to see two chairs in the throne room of New Thundera and the two of them ruling together, possibly uniting the bloodlines through their children.
Being co-leaders doesn’t mean they can’t disagree eventually.
They should just stay the way they are.
I don’t think Lion-O would tell them not to unless they just did it ALL the time in an annoying manner. He doesn’t seem to mind when Panthro or the others do it.
Anyway if there are slaves at Mount Plundarr I hope Lynxo IS there. Lion-O needs someone he can leave in charge of the refugees while he searches for the stones. He can’t stay behind and rule them yet and they sure can’t all go with him. Lynxo would be a perfect person to act as regent until they defeat Mumm-Ra.
The Refugees could hole up in and around the Tower of Omens since it’s relatively well-hidden and difficult to access with Lynx-O being put in charge of training those willing and able to fight. Pumyra could stick around for a couple of episodes, possibly building a relationship with Lion-O, but then leaves for a bit to go check on their progress and return for the finale where the two admit their feelings for one another (absence making the heart grow fonder and all).
Oh that’s a brilliant idea!
