I need a favour from everyone here - please pray for my friend’s dog Sandy. She’s been bitten by a paralysis tick at her home in Australia and is on oxygen - her “mum” is travelling Europe and is distraught because she’s not with Sandy whilst Sandy is going through this.
Sandy’s “mum” (i.e. Sandy’s owner) means the whole world to me, and Sandy means the whole world to her - I know how devastated she’ll be if she has to go home to Australia and Sandy’s not there.
So, if you care about me, please pray for my friend and for Sandy, it would mean a lot to me. Thank you everyone for reading this, please pray for Sandy.
Being a pet owner myself, I understand how much a pet can mean to a person. I wish for her the strength to get through this, and that ultimately everything will turn out okay.
Spoke to Sandy’s mum, Sandy is in a critical but stable condition - she’s still fighting the tick poison which has affected her breathing (hence why she’s on oxygen) but if she can hang in there for another couple of days she should start the long road back to recovery. Her mum is strong, I pray that Sandy is as strong too.
