Im just impatient and due to ‘Big Bad Toy Store’s’ message that Bandai wont allow them ship outside of the US and Canada its the best option for us Europeans. I actually am only interested in the classic 8inch Lion O. Think he’s the nicest looking out of the characters (in my opinion).

This is exactly what I am doing. As much of a Thundercats collector as I am, part of what I am looking forward to the most about the new figures is walking into the toy stores and hoping they have the one’s I want, looking through them, buying them, etc… just like I did as a child in the 80’s.
I was in Hamleys yesterday and a chap said they’ve been told not to talk to much about it (much like the Star Wars Hushed requests) but that as my wife and I knew what we were talking about as we mentioned about BBTS not being allowed to ship to the UK he said v quietly that they will have them on their shelves in September
So since the show is premiering on july 29th, shouldn’t the toys be out then or before then? I’m just going off of like movie toys that are available before the movie is released
Take it for what you want, but I asked a manager at Toys R Us this week and she told me any day now they should be getting them, but I should check mostly on Fridays.
That had been my theory as well, since we were getting Thor and Green Lantern stuff in before hand. Maybe it works differently with tv shows, since I still haven’t seen any sign of them.
Anyone going to be checking stores frequently that they may want to text me when they see these? I gotta know day 1!!!

New thundercats toys arrived!!!
I know I had seen the post about the action figures already being released in japan, so I thought I let everyone know that I received 2 of the new thundercats action figures today (mumm-ra and panthro). I want to share my opinion and see if anyone has something to say (agree/ disagree). The very first thing I noticed was how small the package was compared to the original toys. Very slim, just enough to cover the action figure. Because they were shipped all the way from Asia they did arrive a bit bent out of shape, but i dont mind. The actual figures look great, the detail on them is amazing (especially the thundercat insignia). I compared it to a couple of my original thundercats figures( lion- o and lynxo) and except for 2011 panthro’s broad shoulders they were basically the same size, which means they kinda fit with the old toys. overall they look good, maybe if the package was a little more like the old ones.
Did they have upcs on them, MX?

They toys are in the TRU inventory registry. But can only be accessed through SKN’s and/or UPC’s.
I had forgotten that Bandai figures that come in the same case (i.e. different 4" Ben 10 Ultimate Alien Figures that come in the same box) have different UPC’s, but when entered in the TRU system (I don’t know about other retailers, but assume it’s the same) they all share the same SKN.
As the image above shows, DC: 0. That’s the distribution center. So it means the TRU company in America still has nothing.
Basing on past expiriences with other Bandai Products, I assume most of the large TRU or side by side TRU stores will get various toys from the line in the same shipments when they head out. So if it says DC: 0 for this figures, it should be the same for the other figures.
From my understanding the DC sends merchandise to all the TRU’s of the US. But I may be mistaken as I heard not long ago a new DC is being build for a specifc region or district and it wont ship for the store I work for.
I can check any TRU in the states in that system, but I’d need a four digit store number. I could go one by one but there are just way to many.
Also based on expirience with Bandai, California is usally the first to get toys. So if anyone lives on the West Coast keep an eye out.
Any other UPC’s not from the 6" figure line would be more than welcomed!
And the 20.99 price tag. I don’t know if that’ll be for all TRU’s, the ones in my area charge more than mosts, cause we’re special like that.
All we do now is wait and keep checking.
I’m in Northern CA and I’ve noticed a few of our cities tend to get some stuff fast like you said. I’ll check those stores as often as I can and keep you guys posted.
