Last night I finished watching disc 2 of the new Thundercats set and noticed 2 plotholes in the episode Mumm-Ra Lives part 5.
1/When the Thundercats leave Sky Tomb at the end, they all get into the Thundertank to go home. Well earlier Cheetara and Lynx-o had arrived at Sky Tomb on the Thunderclaw, so they must have left the Thunderclaw behind!:roll:
2/Their mission was to rescue the Bulkin, Wallo and Brute men slaves, yet they left without freeing them!:?

I always wondered about that, poor Brute Men! They just kind of…forget about the Mutants half way through the story as well.

As much as I love the latter season(s) of ThunderCats, I think it’s fair to say that the quality of the writing did take a bit of a dip - there are some brilliant episodes and stories in there, and some great continuity, but there’s also some bad errors! 
I think one of the worst ones I’ve seen involves the Baleful Swamp - in the episode “The Totem of Dera”, the Swamp is clearly shown as being located on Third Earth. In the episode “The Book of Omens”, the Swamp is shown as being located on New Thundera! Whilst it is possible that both planets have a Baleful Swamp, I find this rather unlikely - perhaps the ThunderCats brought the Baleful Swamp with them when they left Third Earth for New Thundera!
