I listen more than anybody. I can also read between the lines.
When a season 2 is here I then believe its real. That simple.
Good for Dan Norton. But I’ve heard the “it’s not cancelled” line used for other shows that were. Jeph Loeb says “Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes” isn’t cancelled. He says “we have big plans for Avengers,” even though this show isn’t going on anymore after this season.
You know, it’s like this guy actually WANTS the show to get cancelled…
He is def the most unsupportive/negative nancy “supposed supportive” fan I’ve ever seen. lol
Yes we do. It is a confirmed statement by someone who knows just a tad more about the show that you claim to. Just because you refuse to believe it doesn’t make it not true.
And the statement about it being an adr session was a clarification due to some of us thinking they had started the recording already. The second season is going ahead, and they WILL start recording after they have had a break. They wouldn’t be releasing a ton of merchandise and a computer game in the summer if the line was in trouble or cancelled!! The request for support is standard. Hardly begging. The more support there is the better, they always want more no matter how much they are getting (which is a lot) and I’m fine with that. Especially if that growing support leads to the franchise growing even more. Just because other shows have been cancelled, so what? Many haven’t either, so by the limited logic you are displaying, we can assume just as much that Thundercats will never be cancelled just because other completely different shows haven’t been cancelled in the past.

The game they are releasing is a dinky little side-scrolling Nintendo DS game. Hardly some big release. It was likely planned a couple years back before the show got hit for cancellation.
I don’t get where all this TONS of merchandise is. All I see in stores is the same toys from last year in clearance. I do see new toys for WWE, Transformers, GI JOE, and Marvel but nothing for Thundercats.

Hit for cancelation? PROVE. IT. Since we have more than one indication it ISN’T, ill go with the latter.
All I see in stores is those same wwe, ben 10, transformers etc toys on EXACTLY the same clearance as thundercats. And I see Thundercats selling just as many if not more. In fact ben 10 figures are on a heavier clearance than thundercats at asda! That means the cartoons getting cancelled right? The avengers and marvel toys are in asda in the bargain bins! Does that mean they won’t show the film or release the dvd of it now? Don’t be foolish.
As for the merchandise, just open your eyes and read the merchandise thread, or look on amazon, or how about coming back to the real world and going shopping! Trainers, clothing lines, bedspreads, a comic, fancy dress play outfits for kids, stationary, a scooter thing, a computer game (and just because you think its crap does not suddenly make it not real) all the usual stuff that also has ben 10 and other cartoon profiles stamped all over it also has thundercats. And they wouldn’t keep churning all that out if it wasn’t doing well!
Actually, the only Thundercats on clearance I saw in Wal-Mart and Toys 'R Us are the items from the first wave release and the 8" classics. The others are still full price. To me that looks like they’re trying to push out the old stock to make room for the new.
I can say one thing, your arguments that the show would get canceled were vaild, once. Up until now, many things suggest the other way, more so then all the stuff you brought up.
Which would mean that if we have 6 arguments and indirect evidence that the show is not canceld, and you have 3. We win.

Exactly!!! And that is what happens to ALL toys! A fact that escapes some people. Also I am seeing a lot of the promotions and clearances dissapearing now too as spring sale periods are ending.
This is great news . I will miss Thundercats but I guess in the time of the hitaus , the show will get more re-runs . and people will be able to catch-up with it . and get new viewers as well (worldwide as well ) .
I think almost any popular animated show I can recall , started off with a “small” community . and now it has a very solid fan base .
like Young Justice , Avatar : the lastairbender . etc …
And I really hope Thundercats will be more appriciated with timelike these shows . as it’s a very high quality and unique show .
My biggest concern though - is a budjet cut .sometimes shows do go on , but the quality of animation and details in artwork drop dramasticly . and I’d rather not have the show back at all - than see it lose some of it’s most noticable qualities …
So like people said - if they won’t rush it . it will be exelent

Well it can’t sell good for everybody.
I don’t see how a manager from one Target store knows what Wal-mart and TRU has planned. And considering Target only started selling the toys months later than the rest in the first place they should’ve expected lower results than the rest.
Yeah, that’s pretty much what we’re seeing in stores. Not good. 
That is disappointing. I haven’t seen them on clearance in Target yet, but there’s not a whole lot of them where I live, so I really only have one store to go by.
I still don’t think the toy line not being good will keep the show from a second season. i have yet to see any Young Justice toys, and it got renewed, and it gets significantly less ratings than TCats.
