Looks like Tygra might really have that armor and gun during the invasion. You see all the lizards completely surrounding him, Lion-O, and Cheetara while they protect the twins.

Awesome. Thanks for posting that picture, Balgus. The only thing I don’t like is Tygra’s gun for the same reason I haven’t liked him having a gun since the promo pic came out showing him holding it. It just doesn’t feel right for any of them to have an actual gun.
I kind of understand what you’re saying. I also understand what Balgus is saying. I would think if they ever came across any band of survivors, it would make sense if they tried to leave the kids with those survivors because keeping the kids with them would put them in more danger since the Mutants and Mumm-Ra are more interested in bringing down Lion-O than anyone else. I wonder if they’ll even attempt to do so in this series. I could see them finding survivors, telling the kids to stay with them because they’d be safer there, the kids put up a fuss but the adult Cats are adament, but the kids sneak off when the adult Cats leave and follow them and eventually the adult Cats realize the kids are trailing them and include them once again in their group and don’t try to leave the kids with anyone else knowing the kids won’t listen hence they have to keep the kids with them to try and protect them.
It’ll be interesting to see why the kittens end up with the Thundercats for sure. Since they aren’t Thundercats themselves in this series that will have to be explained. I think CoT’s explanation makes sense, and wouldn’t be surprised if they go with that.
I thought it was kinda interesting in that scene from the trailer how scared the kids look. Like they won’t be all excited and ready for the danger at first and act more like you’d imagine a child to act. Maybe they follow the Thundercats because they feel safer with them.
Well they have decreased the Kittens ages in this series from pre-teens to children. I think the kids will be used to being able to get out of tight spots, we can see that from the leaked footage. They have their wits and cunning. Kit has her flute that can mezmerize (I wonder why it has no effect on Kat) and they’re pretty smart kids.
In that image, however, they are surrounded by a fierce enemy. I could see the kittens being naturally frightened in a situation like that. The adult Cats with them would have faced tough situations before. But I do like how protective the adult Cats are being of the little ones. Even Snarf is being protective of them.
What’s interesting to me is that not only is Tygra wearing his armor but Kit is also in her “ThunderCat” clothes. I wonder if this scene does not take place in the premier but after.
Yeah I noticed that too. But If its after the premiere I wonder where Panthro is. Hope they don’t keep him gone for too many episodes. Everyone already asks about him in comments every time they post a new trailer somewhere.
This is my guess. They are completely surrounded. The kittens are frightened out of their minds. Things look totally hopeless. How are they going to get out of this situation?
Panthro to the rescue! I’ll bet in the next moment, the ThunderTank comes storming in for a grand entrance for his character!
That’s my guess anyway. 
Ok so new idea. Maybe Lion O encounters the Kittens pre-attack on Thundera and takes them in. we already see that he wanders the streets of Thundera, so maybe he runs in to them and feels sorry for them?
I think they might actually try to pick his pockets. He is a prince afterall. he should have money. lol
I really wouldn’t be surprised if that’s what happens actually!
I like the idea that they try to pick his pocket. I could see Kit using her flute and Kat picking his pocket when Cheetara shows up and foils their plan! The music stops and Lion-O comes to his senses. They didn’t realize he was Lion-O since he had his hooded cloak on and now they’re genuinely afraid for trying to rob the prince. But Lion-O has mercy on them.
Ok, I’m really tired of hypothesizing. I want to see the show!
Maybe the kittens save the day somehow and they decide to let them join the group.
Still not liking Tygra’s gun, I’d rather see him using hs whip. Hope they don’t show the gun that much, or that there’s a really good explanation for it. Maybe it was Clawdus gun and it’s the only thing he keeps from his “father”; or it might be from a fallen Thunderian guard and he picked it up in a life-saving action.
Has anyone else noticed that Lion-O apparently has two Claw Shields in that group shot? One on his arm and one at his hip. Animation error? I’ve actually been seeing a few of those lately.
In the WonderCon trailer, when the Cat soldiers with spears go charging in, you can see the very tops of the spears cut off, like they’re going out of frame. Another one is, in the 9 minutes of leaked footage, when Lion-O grabs and twists that big Thunderian’s hand, the guy’s hand is dark brown when it should be grey.
The animation still looks good, but I worry that 4 Degrees might be kind of sloppy. I hope that this doesn’t happen in later episodes.
It does look like another claw shield but I think it’s supposed to be Wilykat’s cloak. That’s my guess anyway.
Eh I’m not worried about that one. It happens so fast no one wouldve noticed if I hadn’t taken that screen shot. the blades on the staffs though should’ve been fixed. heck maybe they have fixed it and we’ll see it corrected on the premiere.
You know what I just realized? Even though Jaga is saying the same lines from the Wondercon trailer…He’s saying them differently. Like they’re using a different take.
It definitely looks like a claw shield.
