I don’t know about that, Bengali. There might be a lot more T-Cat fans out there than we realize, people who love the old series and would collect re-issues of the Cats. I used to think the fandom was dead until I came upon this website and others dedicated to the Cats. And if the characters don’t have the same appeal as MOTU, it might mean they have a totally different appeal altogether as opposed to being less popular than MOTU. It depends on the fan in question.:bengali:
The original ThunderCats figures don’t have the same iconic presence as the classic mattel MOTU line. Most people will remember the T-Cats cartoon but not the toyline. Personally i do not want a new line. I like my Thundercats the way they are and i will admit that i do not like change. I grew up in the 80’s and loved this show and i think that a new line would just ruin it for me personally.
Im all for a new line of figures as long as they keep the basic design of the classic line the same.
Yeah, a new line would be great. Reissues on the other hand I probably wouldn’t want.
