Well I don’t like Explorer but that’s also for another thread. You could try downloading the latest version of flash?
Scrolling
Maximize your screen then look at the bottom right hand corner (I have Vista :x) There is a drop down arrow. Click on it and set your viewer to 100% and the scroll bar will go away. This worked for me.

I know this sounds really obvious but have you tried clicking on the game screen, when I’ve had issues like that its worked.
