Congratulations! I was very lucky in that I was able to pick up my collection of TCats Star Comics for around that sort of price per issue - however, bear in mind that that was back in 2000 - 2001! 
When the DC/Wildstorm series came out, suddenly the price of those old Marvel/Star TCats comics skyrocketed, so I was very lucky I got my copies of those issues when I did - and, you managed to get those for a great price!

The UK comics are prized by collectors because of their rarity - back in the 1980s and earlier, a lot of UK comics would be thrown away rather than kept and collected once someone had read them, much as someone would read and then throw away a magazine, so consequently they tend to be quite scarce… 
The trick is to find out which issues contain original UK-produced stories and which contain US reprint material from the Star Comics you already own - and, indeed, which later UK issues contain reprints of earlier UK stories. If you can find out that info, it greatly reduces the number of issues you need to collect to read all the stories!

ok its taken me ages today sifting through my collection but here it is:
Numbers 1-100, 127 and 128 contain original stories.
101-126 + 129 contain reprints.
issues 60-94 have a comic section and a “text” story section
ps. no.129 (the final one) is the most expensive to obtain
