Would anyone be interested in seeing them create a new new character for the series. With Pumyra coming out tomorrow and Bengali and Lynx-O probably joining or at least being showcased soon. What would you all think of someone completely new?
Personally, if they did it, I’d go with it but it’s a real crap shoot because any new character may become really popular or fail miserably. Seeing how beloved the original show was, I wouldn’t imagine much middle ground on that issue.
Well it would be cool if one of the elephants or if the drifter joined the team. In a way bringing more strength for Lion-O’s " the animals must unite " cause and a more diverse team.
Haven’t they already created a ton of new characters for the series? I don’t recall seeing the fish people, the petalars, the duelist or anyone else in the swordsman village, elephants, wood forgers, etc in the OS.
I could be wrong, but I think he means of the animal groups they have met, recruiting a member of each of them to actually be in the team.

and yes. I meant new recurring/regular characters. The new groups that they have introduced are cool but we don’t see them every week.

As said in numerous other threads i would love to see them create their own Thundercat. Not just normal “Thunderians” but actual Thundercat/s that will be with the group.
Has anyone seen the concepts Dan posted up of the guys who were in the tree/bell arena in the premiere? Before Lion-O and Tygra competed? I swear those guys looked like they could absolutely be ThunderCats instead of just regular Thunderians.
Oh, that looks good. Hopefully we will see one of them or similar characters along the way.
That would make a perfect outfit for Bengali.

I’d like for Torr to be on the show. He was a Thunderian from the final few episodes of the original series.
I would be fine if they decided to introduce a new character to the team be it Thunderian or any other species. The problem that comes up is with a growing cast is that “secondary” characters get less and less screen time. We only have 6 on the team now and Lion-O already takes the lion’s share (Ha, because he’s a lion.) of screen time.
