Unfortunately with Purrsia leaving we are now faced with having someone take over some areas that she moderated. I would suggest either a) Finding someone from the forums to moderate certain sections or b) Assign additional moderating duties to existing team members to fill her void. Suggestions???

To be honest, I’m not aware of the areas that Angie was in charge of modding actually generating a great deal of activity - we actually put her in charge of two of the areas likely to be the most volatile, those being the Mature Fanfic Forum and the Great Void, and those I actually think could be tricky positions to fill because they do require a special type of somebody to mod them… 
If I’m honest, if we were going to take somebody else on board as a moderator for one of those areas it would need to be somebody who we would be happy having on the TCL team as a whole - because, IMO at least, all mods really need to have access to this team forum in order to be able to discuss issues that may arise.
Also - I feel like a complete ******* mentioning this so close to Angie having stood down from the team (which, BTW, I completely understand and support her doing), but, the other thing that her leaving throws up is the subject of the Episode Guide’s HTML. Yes, if I’m honest I can struggle through and just about manage, but if that project is to keep moving forward at a decent pace I’m going to need some help. As it stands I don’t have a strong opinion on where that help should come from (i.e. from within the pre-existing team or from outside of it), but I think this is something else that we could do to have a chat about - heck, gang, if we keep going at this rate we’ll have recruited everybody who posts on our Forums to the TCL team!!

I think that it would be best for us to have a system in place that covers both ideas. Right now we have the immediate need for the two mods this can be picked up by us. Then this gives a little time to think of what else to do whether to bring in a new member or not and gives us time to think about the new member.
I can mod the great void, as far as the art though thats not really my thing.
and yes it sucks talking about this so soon chris, but its something that needs to be done
Chris, if you’d like, I can try and take over for Angie. As long as you don’t need 10 pages up at a time, I can try my best to do the HTML for you.
I was also thinking about helping out with the Encyclopedia by writing some of the information. I don’t recall anymore who is doing what, but if you or Kyle need things to be researched (ie, character’s first appearance, etc), I’ll be glad to help. I feel bad because Kyle has these awesome art pieces and we don’t have anything to complement them.
Once we start getting news about the movie, I’m going to start becoming more active, but until then, I think it wouldn’t hurt to help out in those areas as well.

Manny my friend, if you could, that would be AWESOME! Thank you so much!! I’ve been really stressed out thinking that Angie’s departure will slow up completing the revamped Episode Guide, if you were able to help me out by doing the HTML (basically just copy-and-pasting text into the template and then tweaking a few bits-and-pieces), that would be simply amazing!
In terms of the Encyclopedia pages, I have actually sent Kyle a load of profile text (i.e., the text to the side of each illustration saying where a character is from, what their strengths and weaknesses are, etc.) as well as Character Overview text (i.e., the text that Celesta was writing and I took over from her) - I know he was waiting to have enough time to update those pages, but most of the characters and about 50% of the vehicles are complete in that regard!
I know I’ve struggled many times to come up with Character Overview text for Snarf Oswald and Snarf Egbert, I don’t know why but I have a real mental block with those two characters!
In terms of the Appearances text (i.e., the section that lists each appearance by that character and gives a brief description of their role in that episode), I’m pretty sure that Martin was working on doing all of those. I have no idea how he’s doing with those, probably that’s something that you, Martin & Kyle would need to chat about amongst yourselves. However, I agree with you, in principle it would be awesome to get some more content into the Encyclopedia to compliment the illustrations!

If you can hold fire for a few days I am intent on getting everything ‘encyclopedia’ wise sorted and up to date with everything I have and update my status page. Then Manny and whoever else feels like doing some, you can take a look at the status page and see exactly what is required.

Just to chime in and add, I don’t know how accurate her research was, but Angie told me that she had already begun compiling a list of who appeared in which episodes, for adding to her site - here’s the page she’d begun work on:
