Just a little bit about myself… My name is Nick Mills (long is Nicholas) and I’m currently living in Glasgow, Scotland but am a born and bred Welshman as I lived in Swansea which is a city by the coast for about fifteen years.
Moved here three years ago and am now in college studying Radio. I have been given my own show which I’ve had for a few weeks now but have just changed slot - it’s an evening show every Monday (18:00 till 20:00 GMT time) on Met Radio Online: http://www.glasgowmet.ac.uk/metradioonline.aspx I may be getting an interview with Larry Kenny, the voice actor of Lion-O, so stay tuned!
Anyway, I’ve been a big Thundercat fan all my life. I basically grew up without speaking a word but was a big fan of all the 80’s cartoons like Batman Animated Series, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Tom & Jerry, Sonic and lots more. Suffice to say, it helped develop my speech as I’m now a complete loudmouth :roll: and I used to dig Mumm-Ra - absolutely one of my favourite characters ever. My first word occured when watching him transform and I screamed “MUMM-RA” out, loud as I could. That was when I was about four years old and I didn’t speak for another two years. I’m rather proud of my first word.. so cool! I recently bought the boxsets after wanting to re-live my childhood and it was worth every single penny.
