New member can't post in the marketplace!

I just got this:

The system does not allow me to include a new tread; I already registered myself as “ramirgoba”, am I doing something wrong in the web page?

This is the messege that I get when I am trying to post a new thread

By the way it seems both myself and Manny replied to this guy who was offering to sell a Lion-O to us (the site) and we both basically sent him almost the exact same reply! lol!:
