I was charged $30 + taxes last month for the subscription and my order invoice was not reflecting the whole list of figures. They told me they would fix the issue and make a new order.
I was refunded only for $5 eventually. But today I was charged again for $25 subscription + taxes, along with the total invoice reflecting $125 before shipping and taxes.
I already emailed them. But can someone confirm why there is $25 listed again for single shipment option? Anyone else face similar issues with their invoice?
As a ‘‘true fan’’ you and all the other ‘‘true fans’’ should ask yourself a really important question before proclaiming how you will buy everything released regardless.
Would you prefer a small line of around 30 figures done well with unique sculpts that actually look like the cartoon characters? Or would you prefer 70 something figures all looking pretty much the same with D list characters and the chance of the line ending before the main cast get released?
Can you please put this “true fan” nonsense to rest? Know what you need to be a true fan? You need to like the ThunderCats. That’s all. You don’t need to be obsessive, fanatic, or break your bank buying multiples of something you don’t need to be a true fan.

I think that some people are missing the difference between fans and collectors. I’m a fan and a collector and will love anything Mattel puts forth, even if they give me Nemex just so that I can get a Bobcat later down the line lol. Perhaps there are just different level of fans - I like MOTU but am not a collector of that line. I LOVE TC and will collect whatever I can if finances allows it. Also being a fan I guess is what people themselves perceive its meaning to be.
I guess the more I have collected things I have never been a collector in the completest sense. Of all the properties I am interested in Thundercats, Transformers, MOTU, TMNT, Marvel, DC, G.I. Joe, M.A.S.K. etc I never bought something just because of the brand or character or to have the complete set etc. I only buy things I actually like.
The same for me. With TC I am a completest I’d say, so I would love to have Nemex etc. Every once off character has a special meaning to me. Even if I dislike them.

If it’s a small line and only lasts 2-3 years at the most having all the main cast spread out will be fine. As long as its a full 12 figures each year along with multi packs and quarterly figures etc.
I doubt people will be interested if it is only 6 figures a year.

Yes, I agree. I dont believe it would turn people off, why would it? If it means more development time for the figures it can only be positive. And with shipping and possible custom fees, a 12 figure + beast, 2-packs and everything is not very appealing to me. Six figures would be just fine
