The MOTUC Ram-man is based on the original toy card art from the back of the card. I still think is too big but I suppose it makes sense for a guy whose speciality is ramming and knocking stuff down to be big.

It’s also strange how they budgeted in Ram-Man’s second head. It really wasn’t an essential piece for the character at all.

Still guys … Mattel is doing a very nice job with these figures imo! And I firmly believe that they won’t let us down with TC’s!

I hope so and I have great expectations for this new Thundercats line.
I would defiantly would buy every figure from the beginning.

I agree. I consider myself somewhat frugal but I am willing to shell out the money for a subscription of my beloved Thundercats!

They did a nice job with most of them but they made some very bad decisions along the way. Just look at how several characters were ruined with fat armour and bad engineering.
I just hope they have learned from their mistakes and Thundercats doesn’t suffer the same problems.

Have any of you seen the MOTUC Teela 2.0 that’s coming with the Talon Fighter? If this lack of quality control continues, the Thundercats line will either be DOA or a total crap shoot.
Collecting a toy line shouldn’t be a crap shoot.

YUCK! That face sculpt is sooooooo bad. 4H have always been very hit and miss (more miss) with female face sculpts. I honestly don’t know what they were thinking releasing that mess.
Mattel had better have the prototypes for all the figures in the sub be ready to show before they expect us to sub.
I would not be pleased if I subscribed without seeing the figures, and the Cheetara for example, had a face sculpt as awful as that Teela turn up.
If I sculpted that I would honestly be embarrassed to have my name associated with it.

I agree, Teela 2.0 is a HUGE miss!! I don’t agree that the have more misses than hits witht the female faces .. BUT if you follow the disappointment on he-man.org, you will see that the fans are NOT HAPPY AT ALL!! (me included!)
I don’t know what happened here, the 4H have never imo messed up a face like this one … come on guys, we know you read these threads, give us an answer??
Anyway .. lets see what Mattel and the 4H come up with.

Granted I will admit all the Filmation females had a generic look to their faces so I guess they are trying to replicate the animation in that sense. But aside from a few I never though they transitioned to 3-D sculpts that well. In some I think would have looked a lot better if thy hadn’t tried to look like the animation.

That figure isn’t the one people are complaining about. That one is based more on the vintage toy and card art.
It is this one that is supposed to be based on the FILMation cartoon!
I wish this figure would be improved upon.
