I would love to see Lunataks after Mattel release all the Mutants.

There are so many characters in the ThunderCats mythos, especially the core ones. 
Personally I hope they keep all the Lunataks until after the season one villains then I can skip them and maybe get Chilla.

They only showed season one over here. I never seen the Lunataks until the DVD release a few years ago.
I also only saw the 2nd season on DVD in 2008, and being a bit older, they are a bit anoying, hehe … but I must say, I think they will make awesome figures! ; )
It is possible. I have seen some very cool toys of characters from TV shows and comics I would have no interest in…for example Diamond Selects Abomination and Juggernaut. The 4H have done great work on various DC and MOTU characters, the same with Hasbro’s Marvel Legends figures. I bought some characters just because the figures looked amazing…but having said that I have also seen characters I was interested in get really poorly designed/sculpted toys that really should have been better.
I remember reading bits about the second season in 2003/4 on the internet in College but I never seen any of the episodes until 2008. Personally I didn’t think the quality of the second season was as good as the first. There was still some really good episodes but not as many as the first season.
Back then in Latin America they aired both seasons so Thundercats were VERY Famous… I bet There is going to be MASSIVE support from the fans internationally. We been waiting for such a long time for an accurate line of Thundercats figures. Man the Lunataks were a real fresh air in the series.
I don’t think the US market was the strongest in fan base popularity for the Thundercats… The same goes for Masters of the Universe, Silverhawks and The Adventures of the Galaxy Rangers…

I love the Galaxy Rangers, we got the toys over here in Ireland. I had five of the six figures. Goose, Zachary, Doc, Lazerus Slade and Captain Kidd. The shop I got them in had The Queen of the Crown but I wasn’t to interested in getting her. The shop had a big box filled with her figure until around 93 before they all finally sold. I wish I still had my Galaxy Rangers but I sold them several years ago. The same shop also had another similar toy line called Cosmic Cowboys, I had three of the six figures in the line. I still have my Bravestarr figures. I really wish Mattel would bring Bravestarr back in the MOTUC style as there was a lot of great characters that never got made like Shaman, JB and Stampede.
Yeah the Bravestarr figures were a bit too big compared to other toys at the time. A smaller scale would definitely have worked a lot better for them in terms of being compatible with other toys and probably a lot cheaper for people to buy. Oddly enough the Col. Borobot toy was re-worked from a (I believe unreleased) prototype Big Jim toy.
I am also really excited about M.A.S.K. It was one of my favourite toy lines. I hope they stick to the old style of realistic vehicles and small figures. But if they do go bigger hopefully nothing larger than 3.75".

I love the Bravestarr cartoon so if I have to choose between Galaxy Rangers and Bravestarr I go Bravestarr all the way…

I love Bravestarr so if I had to pick between them I would definitely pick Bravestarr. Besides it is a Mattel property. But it would be so cool seeing Bravestarr and the Galaxy Rangers characters all side by side in the same style as He-Man and the Thundercats. :rolleyes:
I don’t know why no body in the toy industry never took advantage of the popularity of the cartoons like The Adventures of the Galaxy Rangers and Bravestarr… At the time the toy lines for both were NOT as other toy lines like GI JOE or Transformers in terms of accuracy.
It’s odd how popular G.I. Joe was because the cartoon was only okay, it only had a handful of really good episodes and most of the toys after 86 were awful. I liked Transformers but again same with their cartoon it wasn’t amazing…and the toys were cool in a way but more miss than hit. I always remember how cool looking the robot looked on the box art then when you opened it, it was rubbish.
The Galaxy Rangers toys were good but, much like another Galoob toy line Defenders of the Earth, ruined b a stupid gimmick. The Bravestarr toys quick draw gimmick never interfered with the playability of the toys. Although there too big, I think they had one of the best articulated bodies of 80’s action figures.
As much as I like Galaxy Rangers I think it’s biggest problem was how inconsistent the show was. I loved the wild west in space with pirates, the queen of the crown forces etc bu there was too many off the wall episodes that just didn’t really compare to others.
Me too!! I think they will be Awesome! Especially a 30/30 that can stand at the same height as the Marshal ! 
This topic have been discussed on he-man.org since the beginning of the MOTUC line as well… it’s so strange that Mattel didn’t consider this (seeing it’s their property) instead of ThunderCats … but I’m a bigger TC fan, so I’m not going to complain!
BraveStarr is not a Mattel property, it is a FILMation property that Mattel licensed.
I should have said since Mattel made the toys. If I recall correctly FILMation designed Tex Hex as a character for their Ghost Busters cartoon.
