I’ve been a Netflix customer since 2006. I went from a 3 DVDs at a time…to 2 DVDs…to 1. 
I’m really just renting old school cartoons nowadays. Most of the movies that have come out recently either don’t interest me…or I’ll be getting on Blu-Ray.
Do you use an online rental service?
Netflix for me…used Blockbuster but their service was horrible plus they never had the movies i wanted and when they raised their prices and almost eliminated the return to store program then Netflix is the better choice. I find myself buying more Blu nowadays than renting. Its still good as you can get a lot of the stuff that is not must buy material
I’m a Netflix guy as well, couldn’t be happier. Many of my internet buddies who were on BB’s service switched over to NetFlix after BB started raising prices.
From everything I have read “economy” wise, BB may not be around for much longer. They are doing very poorly as far as business goes.
Netflix should buy them out! Then, I could just go to the BB across the street to rent movies!
I’m not surprised that BB is in trouble. Last time I went there…renting a game cost like $8! That’s insane!
Still staying with BB
I actually tried both BB’s and Netflix’s delivery services, and I must say Netflix seemed to be faster. I thought it was a huge rip off when BB told me that if you drop the movie off at a store then the next movie will be shipped out the same day (assuming before 2pm or something). Well guess what happened 3 days later I get the e-mail that BB has received my movie and new ones are sent out. This happened for a whole month so I just gave up. Netlfix was better since the movies seemed to actually get back to them in the mail faster than with BB’s mailing or dropping off. However now I just have the “exclusive” membership at blockbuster where u get the free rental every month and a second movie free if u rent on mon-wed. Don’t really have enough time to watch that many movies plus it gets really expensive to have better membership with either one.
