Hey guys,
I need some help to have a nice high resolution picture of Lion-O thunderwings package, particulary with the picture of Lion-o , you can see the reference here:

But as you can see the reference is very blury and I need to see the details in the head and torso, somebody is offering me the hardcopy and I need to know of is the original on the pic

I’ll try to answer your query to the best of my knowledge. The picture that you have posted is of the “Red Deluxe Thunderwings Lion-O” which only appeared in LJN catalogues and on card backs. This red Lion-O was never produced but it was essentially the Lion-O figure (with light-up eyes) but with a red costume. Many people have created this custom figure by painting the standard Lion-O figure’s outfit with red color like this one here made by TCL Team member, Matt: http://www.thundercatslair.org/toys-main/ljn/toy-overview/custom-figures/thunderwings-lion-o-red-clothes/

As you can see that it has the same light blue costume as the standard Lion-O but differed from it in that it had solid eyes (not light-up eyes) and there was no Battle-Matic action lever on it’s back.
My advice to you would be to tell the seller to send you photos of his prototype which you could then post here and the good folks here could give you a better advice if it is indeed the real prototype or a fake. You won’t find anyone who is more of an expert on Thundercats than the people here on TCL.

All you said is right, thanks but the only I need is a close up pic of the package where Lion-O is, I already have the pics of the HC for sale and the source is very solid I just need to see if is the same of the pic in the package or is another one, (most of the HC are made by 6) so with luck is the same of the pic in teh package, thanks

Anyone out there? Im still on the deal for the HC and I cant find high resolutions images for the packaging, thanks in advance for any help
I doubt you will be able to find any high resolution pics of this. The original source I believe comes from either the Luna Lasher box or the Thunderwings box. The picture itself is very small so you wont be able to get anything high resolution even if you were to blow up the picture
