Need help accessing my TCL e-mail address

Could someone help me understand what instructions to use to access my e-mails? Seems that gmail doesn’t support the option anymore.

This is what i use to access my email http://www.e-mailanywhere.com/ then type in the email address and the PW

I’m embarrased to say that i’ve forgotten my PW…

also it says it needs information for the POP server…
