Regarding the bolds, not only that. If you analyze it carefully, the Tiger clan is a lost/hidden one, which could be added to what you say. That could mean that Tygra was the only Tiger in Thundera, always wondering about his ancestors, why there were no other tigers like him. He was an outcast in his family and in his entire society.
@Tygra Rules: That is very true, and only enforces the idea of him wanting to stay with the tiger clan, once the ThunderCats meet up with them. Now, as to what Hammy said, I wasn’t thinking about the possibility of Bengali being a part of the tiger clan, but now that Hammy mentions it, introducing Bengali in this episode would make sense.
Really? The first thing I thought when I saw the episode description was Bengali. I actually said that BEFORE I thought about Tygra wanting to stay there. I think, if possible, BOTH will probably happen in the episode hopefully.
I am starting to think that we may not get any previews this week.
I think Tygra would be tempted. How often has he seen members of his biological clan? Probably rarely since he’s lived all of his life behind palace walls. Finding a Tiger clan (presumably the one he came from) would be life-changing for him. Not that he would abandon Lion-O and the others at this stage of the game, but it could make him want to return to them later on to learn more about them.
Also, I’m going to bring up something that many people here don’t seem to realize. For TV, April is “sweeps month”, when all the shows air specific episodes geared to bring in the highest ratings possible. It would explain why there are no previews for April 14th, why the lost Tiger tribe will appear, why Bengali might be introduced in Saturday’s installment, and why Pumyra is being introduced in two weeks’ time. The show’s producers want to grab as many viewers as possible. 
Yeah that makes me wonder who will show up? 
I makes you wonder that maybe the writers aren’t as dumb as you think they are.
Oh, they’re certainly not dumb, far from it! They know what they’re doing, though everybody wants to tell them what to do. In fact, I dare say they know us better than we do!
I’m very hyped about Saturday’s episode.
So am I, but I’ll have to wait a few days before I can see it.
Now that is really interesting, I had no idea! In that case I can certianly live without previews! If that is the case however, then why no surge in advertising/promotion for the show?
Cartoon Network only promotes Adventure Time, Green Lantern, and a handful of other shows. All others are left to fend for themselves. So, for shows like ThunderCats and Young Justice, it’s much more of a “hope people know about it” type of thing, at least that’s what it seems like.
If sweeps is the real reason that will not have preiews for Thundercats then they could stop promoting lame live action shows about kids so high on drugs that they think they are fighting video game monsters in the real world.
It is also possible they desided to only preview every other episode from now on. Doesn’t make sense to me but then again I have never seen anything that corperations/business men do make any sense from a real world perspective.
Let’s not lose faith and hope yet. Last year, when the series aired on Fridays, sometimes we got the previws on a Thursday.
Very true. I think its pretty shambolic really on CNs part, given that thundercats has the potential to be one of its biggest franchises!
But saying that, i don’t get how some people see doom and gloom from no previews, I’m not reading too much into a lack of them, the cartoon is going strong with decent ratings, (depsite very little promotion, which says a lot), all indications are that it will continue and I’m excited about new episodes, previews are great, but not essential. So in the meantime I can’t wait for new episodes, and CN pull your blo*dy finger out will you?

Heh, very true on that last statement! It’s amazing how corporations and the businessmen who run them seem to live in a world of their own with very little, if any, connnection to the real world. Small wonder so many businesses fail and people are put out of work. :sneaky:
Okay, I take it back on the previews part. But it seems to me CN should be airing those previews Monday-Friday if they want to build up the audience. Somehow airing them one day before an episode’s scheduled airdate doesn’t make sense from a ratings point of view.
