Please help identify the mystery monster hiding in this loose thundercats collection

The figure is battery operated (missing battery cover). When we tested him a little green light in his molded gun barrel lights up. He runs on a 9volt battery. On his foot it says ljn toys limited 1986 Photon Dic.
at first i thought power lords but then i looked in my master books and it’s not, i went through a 3 books of my tomarts encyclopedia looking for a clue or a pic and came up dry, im gonan try to find it. I love looking for things like this. can you give me an more detail, height, type of material, weapon, special features?

dammit and there it is on page 147, its a black and white small pic so i must have just passed it by. Also it was made by LJN so that threw me off as well. Glad to know we have a happy ending.
