Well the soundtrack has spread. Anyone with google can find it and download it now if they want to. Shame it had to come to this. Why could they just not make a CD and sell it like EVERYBODY wanted? 
Yes, it can be found on the internet. But since it is not a legally obtained/distributed item, we cannot promote its distribution.
I too wish the soundtrack would have been made for legal distribution. I would gladly buy it.

That horn, that electric guitar. I mean just the extended character themes, everything about this music is just so incredible!!!
Seriously where can I donate money to Mr. Bernard Hoffer for this music? Completely dead serious here too. And I’d very gladly in a split second pay just about anything for a soundtrack released by WB too. I really want to say thanks to him somehow here. I mean the guy is just so amazing and they’ll never be another person like him.

It’s missing quite some tunes, the released material is only like a “best of” and can fit in a standard audio CD.
The listed tracks slai has must be about 3 audio CDs.
Thanks, that’s what I thought. I did a random Google search and found a set with 28 tracks, I am guessing it’s the same one. Still pretty awesome we get to listen to that. Also counting on La La Land Records to release it officially later this year.

Well, I can’t hear it myself, but even if there is a similarity, Thundercats and Panthro’s theme were 1985, Living On A Prayer was 1987.

Well, I did a search online, and I now have some mp3s of the incidental music. There’s no season 2 themes in this set, nor is there the Cats Lair establishing theme, but pretty much everything else is there from what I can remember. Played in a proper order, it could feel just like an episode!
Mind you, I WOULD STILL BUY AN OFFICIAL SOUNDTRACK if it were to be released.

I obtained the mp3’s a couple months ago and want to be able to donate money to Bernard Hoffer for the incredible tunes that perfectly complimented a great show. The main theme was always my favorite of any cartoon ever made but the rest of the soundtrack is just as good and I always found myself humming or whistling various themes such as that of Cheetara, Panthro and the Thundertank. Truly classic stuff.
Do they have Tygra’s theme as well? He’s not my favorite, but his theme was rarely played… but very awesome. Sounded triumphant.
I’ll keep an eye on this thread… to see if the soundtrack gets an official release.
Yup, Tygra’s theme is on it. I do often feel like doing something spectacularly awesome and possibly sporty when it starts playing.
I listened to the latest ThunderCatsNOW podcast, and they said La La Land Records is working on releasing the classic-series “ThunderCats” soundtrack on CD.
