After redesigning the mutants, I figured the next logical progression would be the big bad himself - Mumm-Ra.
This interpretation is largely unchanged from his original incarnation. However, he is now sporting a new waist robe and decayed flesh, indicative of his status as ‘Ever Living’.

Overall I love it. The only thing i’d chance is given him a more typical “damn i’m evil and now it look”, rather than the quasi brain dead ‘undead’ look.
I like this redesigning. It’s believable as a movie version of Mumm-ra, I would say! A little scary, too.
