Hey guys! A lot of these variations have already been covered extensively here on the boards, but I thought I’d also post pics of my Tygra figure/whip variations as well as Ben-Gali. I have a fourth Tygra figure and whip variant on the way in the mail, so I’ll post pics of that one as well once it comes. Every time I think I have a handle on what’s out there, I see something on eBay or a fan site that is different! Definitely keeps it interesting…
what’s the difference in the U.S. and the U.K. bengali? i know that one is a playful bengali but i’m not seeing the difference on my own.
The “Euro” Bengali tends to be a lighter, more aqua shade of blue, while the American version is the darker blue color. It is most notable in the face paint, as well as the hammer.
What’s the story with the ‘alien’ Tygra (solid orange back of head). Was this the foreign release?
i think you’re meaning the Tygra made by Toy Options, which i’m guessing was like a UK company that made them? someone else would know for certain, you can see some peoples MOC items on here that have a little triangle with a lion head, i think, in the bottom corner rather than the LJN symbol. but that tygra is the only different figure i’ve noticed from that company.
