To all the Bronies and fans it has been a been a big week for us. Seeing the S3 finale of MLP!!! Before i go any further this thread… WILL HAVE IMPORTANT SPOILERS!!! So, I suggest to MLP fans not read this thread if you have not seen this very important episode!

After watching it twice, it was a good episode. It was much more serious than the others in this season. As far as her being an alicorn, I’m completely okay. I trust the staff not to overuse the fact that she’s an alicorn in future episodes, and it could lead to some potentially awesome episodes. With the 4th season, I’ve seen it confirmed in a few more places besides Wikipedia, and I would really be surprised if they ended it after only 3 seasons. If this episode was the ending, I wouldn’t know how to feel. I think it should have been a two-parter because it did seem quite rushed. I would rather have a more proper closing, which I believe will happen at the end of season 4. With Twilight as an alicorn, I don’t think they’re going to change her character very much besides making her a little more important than just a librarian. I saw a post on Twitter from one of the staff members saying they wanted the story to progress but they weren’t going to change her as a character, so I’m assuming not a whole lot will change (which is fine with me).
