Hey guys, thrilled to pick up this awesome one of a kind piece of The Warlord history. This is part of the production process of comics, a “print screen” proof that was created for approval before the book was sent to the press.
It consists of two overlays on transparency celluloid. It is not the hand drawn / inked version but it is the colorized version of the art (again not coloured by hand) from which the comics are printed.
I am a huge fan of this comic series so to own this one of a kind piece is really exciting especially given that it’s the cover of the first appearance.
