I’ve just begun re-doing the page for the ThunderCats Outtakes in the new-look Cartoon Section, and downloaded the video file of the TCats blooper reel created by Michael B. Ryan - I have recently aquired an up-to-date Quicktime player thanks to my new iPod, and so this is the first time I’ve tried to view this! :oops:
Unfortunately the video file doesn’t work, it plays a few seconds and then freezes up, playing a frozen image of Lion-O and no sound for the rest of the clip. Please can someone re-upload this? It doesn’t have to be to the main site if that’s awkward, as I’ll be re-positioning it anyway. Please can someone do this ASAP? Many thanks!

For anyone who’s interested, this is the new-look ThunderCats Outtakes page for the Cartoon Section - hopefully this should work OK. The only thing that definitely doesn’t work is the aforementioned video, which now flashes up a message telling me that it’s corrupted! I’ve just put it there for now as a “placeholder” until I can get my hands on a copy that’s OK…
I checked the video on my back up DVD and it’s exactly the same. I’m not surprised though as I backed up the cartoon section way after the hosting change which is when the fault likely happened. Sadly I no longer have Michael’s email so I don’t know how to contact him. It was such a long time ago, so I have a feeling we have lost that video footage for good
Now hopefully you guys will understand exactly why I made the back up DVD. Though sadly it was made way too late to save the blooper video sadly.
They weren’t originally - you may remember I started a thread some while ago to say that several (dare I say most) of the video downloads on our pre-existing downloads page had gotten corrupted with the host transfer - MannyF fixed the problem by re-uploading those files, I just hope he’s able to do the same here.
I unfortunately wasn’t able to check this blooper video because of it being in Quicktime - like I say, I’ve only just gotten hold of a decent Quicktime player thanks to my Video iPod!
Thanks Neil - it was a very simple page so expected it to be OK. Hopefully Kyle & I will be able to sort out those Comic Section pages without too many problems too!
