If the license was not available…does that mean some other company already has the license?
Another source hinted that the 4 Horsemen had already sculpted figures trying to grab the license.

How neat would that have been if Mattel got the rights and gave it to the horsemen to design!
If Mattel were to have picked up the license, I wonder if we would have been able to get a collector line, similar to the MOTUC figures.. Original character designs updated to today’s action figure standards.
