Sadly no, the lost intro doesn’t appear on any of the ThunderCats DVDs.

The “Lost Intro” only appears on Exodus VHS. One or two episodes feature a few scenes from the intro. I think “Safari Joe” contains the Lion-O bit, but I’m not a 100% sure…
