looking to buy cats lair parts

Hi fellow fans. I am looking for a few Cat lair parts:

  1. intact red fence/gate that goes inside the lair. if your facing the cats lair it is the left one. if your facing the lair from the back it is the right one.

  2. red ladder.

  3. Instruction sheet.

  4. Original Box for the lair.

Please PM me if you have them at a reasonable price. Some guy wants $80 on ebay for just the instruction sheet. Thats not going to happen. Thanks friends.
