I’ll just throw it out there, but why not Theo for Panthro?
The first thing that comes to mind with that to me is Theo Huxtable from The Cosby Show. 
I felt sorry for the lizards in the leaked footage. They looked so vulnerable and destroyed. I really hope slithe will be a bad ass general because those cats sure sound and act arrogant! I hope his army aint canon fodder.
I can’t place the other mutants, in the footage Tygra claims the lizards are their worst enemy and so far we’ve only seen the lizards in action. I wonder where that leaves vultureman, monkian and jackelman. Maybe they are totally seperate from the lizards and also enemy of eachother and maybe the thundercats haven’t met them yet?(they weren’t exactly great friends in the old show either)
I wonder why, if the lizard people are their worst enemies, there were two of them in stocks. Why wouldn’t they be in prison? I would think of stocks being reserved for Thunderian citizens who break the law to serve as examples to the people, but a known enemy who doesn’t live among them? There weren’t even any guards posted.
Lion-O says they didn’t do anything wrong. So why would they be in prison? Sounded to me like some civilians found them somewhere and captured them.
I’m starting to wonder if they have any kind of law enforcement in Thundera.
I’m guessing there will be a lot of prejudices running through all levels of Thunderian Society towards the Lizard people probably because they fought for MumRa in the past. Wouldn’t surprise me if MumRa has become a boogeyman of sorts to Thunderians. One they probably believe dead and thus mock. Jaga and his clerics will probably not be that way, given that they appear to be there to wait and watch for signs of MumRa’s return as foretold in the Book of Omens.
Thunderia seems like an empire that has rested on it’s past achievements and grown arrogant and sloppy. While the Lizards led by Slythe have probably been developing technology through Grune who I guess gets his knowledge through MumRa.
I’m guessing the guards and so on, turn a blind eye to it. Tygra seems quite comfortable with the Lizards being abused, while Lion-O is not.
