Probably geared more towards Robimus and/or MannysCollectibles. Since Robimus has the Laser Sabre’s Bengali, Mumm-Ra, and Lion-O…do you think there are any Laser Sabre Capt. Shiners out there? The Rainbow Toys LJN 1987 guide has a depiction of Mumm-Ra, Lion-O, Bengali, and Captain Shiner wearing Laser Sabres. Since Robimus owns 3 out of the 4…was wondering if anyone has ever seen a Captain Shiner??? If the other three exists, one would think he also has to. Anybody with any info?
Out of my best recollection, I’ve never seen over the last 6-7 years of watching closely the Thundercats market any Laser Sabre Capt. Shiners.

maybe i can help as i bought(and sold) a bengali laser saber. the seller was on a UK toy shop and when I spoke to him he said that he had sold the laser saber mumm-ra, lion-o and bengali to myself and robimus but did not have any cpt shiner.
The toy site owner got them from a house clearance-about 100 thundercats mocs and all have now been sold-the last ones on ebay now i believe. He said that the guy had passed away so I assume he either collected thundercats or more likely is that he worked for rainbow toys and these were the prototypes - but still it does beg the question of why they were in Italian and not English!
I still think there must be more out there as why would you produce only 2/3 figures that are MOC laser sabers. The cost of producing them would cost a few quid!
I gues Laser Saber Capt Shiner is going to go down as one of the holy grails of thundercats collectors!

It beats me too why the Laser Sabers appeared on the Italian/Ljn card. The 2 Thunderwings Lion-o i’ve seen are one with the Rainbow Logo(now it’s on e-bay) and the other again by Ljn/Italy at Robimu’s prime awesome collection.
But laser Sabers i’ve only seen, if my memory serves me correctly, at the Ljn/Italy cardbacks.
It must have been a very limited production.
My Ljn/Italy Lion-o AFA 90 features some rare characteristcs too,maybe the late releases for the European versions received special treatments or they were trying to sell them as collector’s items.
