“TCats fans we have some great news for the 2011 Warner Bros series regarding the voice actors. Both Larry Kenny and Emmanuelle Chirqui have been nominated for 2011 BTVA Voice Acting Awards!! Larry was nominated in the Best Vocal Performance in a Television Series in a Guest Role category for his role as Claudus, and Emmanuelle was nominated in the Best Female Lead Vocal Performance in a Television Series category for her role as Cheetara. The best part is, the fan vote determines the winner! We’re encouraging anyone and everyone who is a ThunderCats fan to both vote for Larry and Emmanuelle and to spread the word to other fans to vote as well”
I love Thundercats…but those two are up against some tough competition. As far as Voice Acting goes I think Sumalee Montano as Arcee from TF Prime and John Noble as Unicron are going to be very tough to beat imo.
looks like there are a couple more Nominations from Tcats there too.
Kevin Michael Richardson and Corey Burton are both up for Male VA of the year.
Emmanuelle Chiriqui and Matthew Mercer both are up for Breakthough VA of the year.
And Eamon Pirruccello is up for best Voice Performace from a Child under 18.
And our own Sword Bearer, Larry Kenney, is nominated for Best Guest Role as Claudus. The winners will be announced on April 1st, 2012. Here’s hoping that at least one member of the ThunderCats 2011 crew wins.
