Im pretty sure it’s a knock off of Skeleton Warriors using the old Galaxy Warriors/Fighters molds. All the figures in the set used the same mold but the skulls were painted in different colors.
That thought crossed my mind Someone told me they bought theres at a kaybee in around 97 98 and Skeleton Warriors came out in 96? or 97?
