I agree the scale is pretty dead on. Actually looks pretty cool as a set up.

I concur. I always felt that all toy lines (TCats, MOTU, TMNT, etc) had vehicles and playsets that were too small for the scale of the figures. When I had my minis set up near the regular Lair I too felt the scales were a lot closer to being right.
