These are the things I’d like to discuss on Sunday

Primarily I want to talk about the finer details of the site relaunch - specifically:
Restructuring of the Cartoon Section (I’d like to make some changes to where stuff is located in there to make it easier to navigate)
Presentation of the Episode Guide / Encyclopedia - thanks to forum member PKELL there is now a LOT of new info to add to both of these areas. Even though it might be considered disrespectful, and the final word on this would be Kyle’s, I’d also like to suggest altering/scrapping some of Martin’s work to make some of the Encyclopedia more concise, but I do accept that this could be controversial and the final word as far as I’m concerned would be Kyle’s.
How best to present the site to cash in with the new TCats cartoon, in terms of site skeleton visuals, etc.
Technical details (how it will work and how we can upload new content via the WordPress interface)
What we can do to help you, Manny, with this king-sized task, LOL! (Not forgotten you’re waiting for some unwatermarked material from me.)
…However, if there’s time, I’d also like to talk about the following:
Team roles - what the current team’s roles in the site are, and whether there’s any way that this could be altered or enhanced to increase productivity in adding new content
New team members - whether anyone has any views / ideas on the addition of new members of the team, to achieve the same objective as above
But again, I’d stress that talking about the redesign should take priority over these additional points, which we can always come back to at a later date!
