Jaga Variations ??

I heard there were some Jaga variations. Something to do with green verses blue coloring, I think.

Anyone know?

There are several Jaga variations. There is a variation in the skin color(yellow or fleshtone) a variation with his thumb on the hand that holds the sword(long or short thumb) and there are at least 2 different types of cloth used for the capes.

Thanks for the info!

Mine appears to be a shorter thumb, and the skin is light. Although his ears and side of his face appear to be the same shade of the “orangish” arm and leg color. Is that right?

WHile we are on the subject of the Jaga figure, I have a question that has had me scratching my head…

Why does the jaga figure come anatomiclly correct when none of the other figures do?

I couldn’t help but notice that my Jaga figure has nipples, when none of the other TCat figures do, and while all the other male figures have a standard “ken doll” crotch (Flat and smooth), Jaga has a very noticable, umm.. Package between his legs. What’s up with that?

I guess as the line progressed so did the figures. The '87 figs (Jaga, Bengali, Pumyra, Lynx-O, ect.) looked ALOT like thier animated counterparts while the early figs didnt at all (Panthro looked like a chubby short person and Lion-O looked..well…just odd).

The figures that were new for series 3 are some of the best looking figures in the entire line IMO. Cracker, Shiner, Mongor, Joe, Driller, Stinger, etc… they are all top notch figures and you can tell LJN put a bit more “pizazz” into those figures then in the first and second series, especially in the paint dept.
