Well as you guys can see from the Marketplace feedback forum, Jaga finally got his refund from Aewsmith.
I’ve had aewsmith bugging me to get Jaga to post something to take the stigma of him being a thief away since he had issued the refund a week or so ago. Despite everything, the fact of the refund did need to be made public so I contacted Jaga and he has posted in that thread I specially re-opened. He contacted me to ask my advice of what to write and he has pretty much summed up what I advised.
He got his refund, but is not happy with Aewsmith, which is basically what I had wanted him to do. I not sure about banning Aewsmith from selling here, but with that thread simply stating the facts, I doubt anyone will trust Aewsmith anytime soon anyway.
I’m not sure whether I had anything to do with Aewsmith getting things sorted or not through my pressing him to get a refund sorted, but I guess it doesn’t matter. The main things is Jaga got his money back and the whole thing can finally be laid to rest.
Well thought I’d post this here so the whole team is fully aware of the situation.
