And as good as He-Man 200x or My Little Pony Friendship is Magic?

i prefer the he man 2002 reboot and the TMNT 200X better than most recent remakes including this one.
Surprisingly yes. I haven’t seen a better reboot yet. Well TMNT were good for first few seasons. They are really putting some effort into it.
Yeah, this is the best one so far in my opinion. The new Heman remake had potential but they pretty much just treated it like the OS but with newer art. If there was an actual plot planned beyond the original story then it would’ve worked out better I think.
Well lets see:
Its better than the 2002 He-Man for sure. That show had a lot of good ideas but didn’t execute them well and basically caused their own downfall by trying to cram every single character from the old toyline in there as a regular rather than focusing on maintaining the strong & intimate bonds the main characters had in in the classic series. Seriously, they were going to include Clamp Champ and Snout Spout.
Its better than most versions of Transformers that I’ve seen. TF Prime is OK, nothing special. Animated’s visual style annoyed me. Armada was unwatchable, so I didn’t even bother with the sequel shows that followed. I thought Robots in Disguise was really funny, so that one worked, but I wouldn’t call it a classic series or anything.
I haven’t seen GI Joe Regengades, BUT, I have seen Resolute which is AWESOME!!!
Was never a My Little Pony fan (duh) so I barely remember the classic cartoon and I’ve only seen one episode of Friendship is Magic, not nearly enough to have much of an opinion on it.
The 2003 TMNT reboot was great for the first three seasons or so. It faltered a bit in the fourth and then fell to pieces with Flash Forward & Back to the Sewers. Those last three seasons were awful, but the first three seasons were pretty great, so the show was worth it as long as you know where to stop.
So I’d say the two best reboots prior to T-Cats were GI Joe Resolute and the first 3 Seasons of TMNT 2003. I would say the first (hopefully not last) season of Thundercats measures up very well against them.
Yes, all 3 are cases of the reboot being better than the original. 
It’s my favorite. I can’t count Transformers because they haven’t stopped making new TFs since Beast Wars started (and BW should probably go into the reboot hall of fame lol). The new TMNT on Nick looks really promising though from what I’ve seen and read.
It’s probably the best after 2002’s He-Man, imo. That’s how I see it so far. Things could change in a possible second season.
I haven’t watched a cartoon in years until I heard about the thundercats reboot, so by default yes
I simply just enjoy the “ThunderCats” reboot.
Oh yeah I completley forgot about TMNT - the 2003 series were great 
well , until they started dragging it off with spin-offs …
In a nutshell, w/o explaining much and why, at this point it’s obvious to whoever has seen the NS, I’d definitely say Yes.Hands down
Dan Norton said it was love behind the new Tcats and not profit purposes to reboot the Seiries.I think we have all seen and experienced this love throughout the episodes of Season 1.
I’m surprised Transformers: Prime hasn’t gotten more love here. I think its amazing. Original voices! Prime is perfect. Megatron is badass and scary. It has a lot of ongoing storylines and call backs, very well plotted. Very dark tone, some episodes dealing with pretty serious topic material. Great combination of different Transformers eras all rolled into one. Highly recommended.
GI Joe: Renegades was a fun show, but nothing like G1. Its a fun re-imagining with an A-Team vibe, a nice interconnected, serial storyline and a good amount of hidden throwbacks for the fans. It works well as a self contained story with a resolved ending.
I may have to check out TMNT now. I got partway into He Man and just stopped. Not bad, just didn’t hold my interest. Was the Voltron continuation any good?

That’s because most people don’t realize that Transformers: Prime actually IS a reboot of Transformers: Generation 1. Unfortunately (and it hurts me to say so), it is a FAR better remake than Thundercats) I love the new Thundercats…but I feel that way DESPITE the many problems I have with it.
I’m actually not a fan of the Transformers reboot. I’ll always like the old one more. I’m usually open to any reboot but I really didn’t like it that much.
I miss the sheer amount of Cybertronians in the original but Prime is vastly superior to it in almost every way. The production values on the original were terrible, to the point that characters regularly had the wrong voices and paint-schemes. I’m a HUGE transformers fan and with the exception of Beast Wars, find this show to be it’s finest iteration. Like Hammy said though, it’s not for everyone.
I agree and honestly wish Mumm-Ra was more like TFP’s Megatron. Even when he loses it’s only by a thread and that helps keep him a threat. And he’s not afraid to sacrifice the bots that work for him. I want to see Mumm-Ra actually punish the guys that disappoint him. Who has a General (Slithe), who has failed, then replaces him with two more Generals, yet lets the old General keep his position with no punishment?
