Is this a new logo

Hard Hero is using this logo on their site. Does anybody know if it is a new version of the original logo? It seems to be very high quality, was wondering if anybody is aware of its origins?

Yeah, I noticed that too. Looks pretty good, much better then the one below it but I still prefer the original. I guess they can’t use the original due to copyright issues or something? I use to think the original logo was just too complicated/beautiful to print nowadays lol!

Aren’t they identical other than the sheen used on the newer one?
