Hello fellow ThunderCats fans!

I’m Ruu-Ben-Gaaru and not only am I still new and fresh to this community, I also like drawing original characters (just see the Customs forum) based on the ThuderCats and other sci-fi related things, but mostly originals.

I’m also producing three comics at the moment, one of which I’ve started since June, 1994.

I recently found this forum after making research on the upcoming new ThunderCats series. While I was shocked, angry and disappointed to hear the news of the new ThunderCats show taking place on Earth in present day LA and the cats being teens in a rock band, I’m glad to find out that the news was just a hoax.

Hey, as long as that’s not going to happen, I’m going to watch every bit of this new series.

welcome to the boards. Hope you enjoy your stay, and keep showing us your work. I too am glad the new series (if and when I still dont know)are not a group of rock bands. As for a new series thats good, I’ll believe it when I see it.

I know what you mean. It worked for Josie and the Pussycats, not the ThunderCats.

…I’m relieved that the rumor’s a hoax. However, I am looking forward to this new series, when it comes out. As for it being good, we’ll have to see it to believe it.
