I’ve had some Lion-o’s that had bodies that started to change like that. Not so much evenly like that one, but they were turning somewhat that color.

I agree. I think those “olive green” colors are caused by (direct) sunlight. I don’t think it’s a factory error nor a “release specific” color variant.
Clearly just a manufacture fail.. Probably the last torso in the run before a new ink was added.
