That’s the problem. I still think Turmagar the Tuska is the last one of all those eps (I mean, I think it comes after Fireballs… and Safari Joe).
I agree. Unless anyone can see any Tuskas present at the coronation, I’d be inclined to place it after the Annointment Trials. But it does belong before “Feliner” because otherwise they would use that vehicle to deal with the technopede - same goes for “Return Of The Driller”.

Mainly yes, but not exclusively. In “Mumm-Rana”, they use the Feliner to get Mumm-Rana back to her pyramid in time. Also, in “Trapped”, if I recall correctly, there’s no evidence that Tygra and Cheetara had been in outer space on their little trip. So it can be used just as an aircraft - and indeed should have in “Thundercats Ho!” - when they said at the start they didn’t have any vehicles to do an airborne search, I immediately said, “what about the Feliner?”
So for this reason we can say for the continuity order that several episodes must come before “Feliner” because that craft isn’t used:
Mandora And The Pirates
Turmagar The Tuska
Return Of The Driller (and by extension, the Annointment Trials which must come before ROTD)
Sixth Sense (this one only came to me this morning - if they had the Feliner at this point, they’d use it to intercept the alien craft before it landed)

True enough, but the episode illustrated that the Feliner works as an aircraft as well as a spacecraft. Which it would have to, really. It has to fly through the skies to get to outer space to begin with.
So the Feliner, although not designed for that primary function, can work quite effectively as an aircraft.
Yes, I never said it couldn’t be used as an aircraft; I just pointed out the TCs built it mainly for space missions. 
They even built three aircrafts machines later, so the Feliner was used to explore/travel outerspace mainly.
I always found it interesting that Plundarrian tech was more advanced than that on Thundera, with the Mutants having Hyper Space Mega-Condenser to travel deep space much quicker (and the ThunderCats having to rely on age defying tech to travel deep space with the capsules)
True - but it’s a helpful continuity point for season 1!
