reply for icon heroes:-
Hi, we need to wait for approvals before showing. It will come with a Lion-O statue seated in the vehicle. We have a regular edition Lion-O statue that is very similar to the SDCC version around late August.
[INDENT][FONT=arial][SIZE=2]HI there,
Any chance of some pics of the thunderclaw and the size of it as it would be nice for it to be bigger than lion-o.
Cant wait to get your lion-o via ebay.
thanks

Icon Heroes.
Sounds cool and I hope they do it to scale and be alot bigger than 6 inches as it would look so cool. I hope they do a 20 inch + Cats Lair.
Bring on the items like a thundertank, bengali and panthro with a normal mumm-ra-not the crypt form!!
Fingers crossed

preview up on their site now!
Here’s an image, and what is posted with it on the site:
“Here’s a preview of our upcoming Thunderclaw statue work in progress! This statue will come with a Lion-O statue leading the charge. More details to come but enjoy for now!”

Aha! Finally a picture!
It looks awesome already! Can’t wait to see the finished version…
Thumbs up!
I love the model, and the concept. One quibble: I tend to associate Lion-O with the HoverCat. But then, I don’t associate anyone with the ThunderClaw–almost everyone rode it at some point. And I suppose the lack of windshield on the ThunderClaw will allow for a more dramatic “Charge!”-type pose. I can’t wait to see it.
My true feelings right now? Bring on the ThunderStrike!
Not a big fan of the Thunderclaw but it does look pretty spot on. Given they are keeping everything in scale, how big will this be exactly?

here it is to scale compared to the 6 inch lion-o. not bad as it looks like the 80s vehicle size.
also here is the box for the SDCC lion-o-it looks like a DVD boxset-shame it doesnt look like the 80s figures item where is is on a card and bubble.

not very presentable but protects the item i guess
only 2 weeks now til SDCC!!! figures crossed for a few exclusives
The Thunderclaw looks very nice, i like the “towards down” angle and next to Lion-o seems even better.
Now, the box is truly AMAZING! Personally i am more impressed by the package than the Lion-o figure itself. I mean the box art with the large symbol, the classic logo and the vibrant red colour makes it so awesome. I am tempted to purchase this just for the Box alone…
The scale is amazing! Looks really cool and the box is pretty descent too. I can only imagine how big the Thundertank will be or dare I say… The Cats Lair. I would buy a Thundertank alone without any of the figs if it were in true scale. We’re talking something like 12" + Wide and about 20" long! The Thundertank HAS to be made!
On a side note, do you think they have the rights to make a real Sword of Omens in scale or something similar?
I’m thinking we’re going to see a painted thunderclaw soon
