So I enrolled into a DVD rental service called Intelliflix and they had a decent deal where if you paid for the whole year you would get a decent plan of 3 movies at a time unlimited. I have Netflix and they have great service but they were just a little bit more expensive. So I failed to listen to my wife and went with Intelliflix instead of keeping Netflix. What a wrong decision that was. After listening I cancelled the service which by the way costs 180 for the year and of course expected a refund prompmptly like anyone would. 1 week goes by and nothing 3 weeeks and 3 emails later and yet all the replies I recieved were that they notified the billing department and would resolve the issue at the earliest. After the 4th email I threatened with a dispute with the bank as well as the Better Business Bureau. They sent an email stating that they have escalated my request to the billing department and would get back to me soooooo…today I am fed up and sent a formal dispute to the Better Business Bureau and tomorrow I will file one with my bank. Which brings me to my next request from here…
Someone help with any advice!!! I have never made any kind of disputes or contacted the Better Business Bureau so I need all the hekp I could get. Im sure someone out there has been in the same dilemma im facing and could give advcie on what to do or how to approach things
And by the way stay away from www.intelliflix.com if you go for a DVD rental service Netflix is the way to go.
