Right here we go , i know we all wanna see the new film but how do you wanna see it ,

Live Action ?
Cartoon ?
CGI ?

I’d prefer traditional animation. Since that’s unlikely, I’d settle for CGI as a second choice. I never cared for it, but that’s the lesser of two evils up against live action. Actors dolled up as Thundercats would look waaaaaaaay too goofy.

I must be the only one that wants it to be live-action. Avatar-style would be cool, but what about the fan trailer? How about if it were done in that way?

The way I see it, the fan-trailer is a low-rent version of Avatar-style.

I think it should be a blend of practical makeup and cgi effects to enhance stuff or to create characters and creatures that can’t be done with practical effects very well

Gotta say traditional animation. CGI and computer stuff just doesn’t do it for me.

I thing we’ve covered that issue before and have put our thoughts down many times. I’d say CGI Avatar style for a movie and cartoon for a new series. Though CGI would cost a fortune to make and i don’t know if WB will decide to go along with such an expensive production.

I like the idea of CGI for a movie. I think people would look a little too ridiculous in a live-action version and I’m not sure I would really like seeing that. Cartoon would be ok, but I think CGI would be pretty neat because you can make them look more realistic than just a cartoon.

Are they still going to make a movie?

There’s a spoof trailer of a live action version that’s been totally photo-shopped from other movies, but it actually looks pretty good!

I personally am entirely against a live action movie.

Though it kinda pains me to say it, I do not think Thundercats have enough in popularity and probably in finances to make a blockbuster like Spiderman or one of the other live action Marvel cartoons.

So even if it deserves a nice, 3D movie with some awesome effects, I do not think it is possible and a live movie try will be a disappointment.

I say stick to cartoon It has worked so far, it is what the public knows and loves.
