So? Was Santa (or Father Christmas for our British mates) good to you? Any ThunderCats themed prezzies?
Chris here…
I had a lovely Christmas, particularly Christmas Eve which had some magical moments like the ones of bygone years - my Mum, Dad & I actually went to a crib service at our local church, which I very much enjoyed, and then we went out to our favourite restaurant for a meal in the evening. Christmas Day was the usual fabulous food and mass present opening - and yep, Santa was very good to me this year, as he always is! ![]()
Boxing Day onwards I’ve just been chilling, recharging the batteries ahead of what looks set to be another hectic year - I’m starting to develop the “Boxing Day Blues” the closer to the end of my break I get, probably because it’s the only decent rest I get all year, LOL! ![]()
New Year’s will just be more of the same - my Dad is back at work New Year’s Day, complete with his usual 5:30am wake-up, so nothing exciting happening there… ![]()
No ThunderCats-related gifts for me this year - to be honest, almost everything TCats-related that I want I either already have or would be a bit specific for my family or friends to buy me (i.e., the odd comic back issue I might be missing, etc.). However, I did get some awesome DVDs (Doctor Who + Marvel superhero stuff), books (Doctor Who + Star Trek + “The Tales of Beedle the Bard”), audio books (Doctor Who again), action figures (couple of Transformers + Doctor Who Flight Control TARDIS) and chocolate! ![]()
Take care… ![]()
Mine was a very quiet family Christmas. Nothing exciting, really. Went to London for a week to stay with my mother before travelling down to my uncle’s for the New Year. Was great. ![]()
