I have a large collection of loose thundercats figures, i keep them in my closet all in boxes (2 or 3 action figures to a box) i usually take them out every 3 to 4years just to check that everything is ok, but yesterday when i took them out, a lot of them were sticky…its a smoke free environment, air conditioning and all. does anyone know why this is? has anyone experienced this?? what can i do?
It happens a lot in figures made in the eighties, actually I remember buying ThunderCats figures in 1992 and they had that problem already.
Try to wipe them gently with a wet cloth and dry them immediately with a dry side. Make sure that your environment is cool enough, I remember playing with sticky figures particularly in the summer.
Strangely enough, my old figures are not sticky nowadays apart from a MOTU King Randor figure.

thank you so much, ill do that hopefully it will solve the problem, its strange cause ive had those figures for a long time, some for 20 years and this is the first time i have that prob.
