Same here, it all went down two fast. They made it seem like the tower was so far away and that the clerics made it a one hell of a fortress but it was over before we know it.
I wonder if there could be more hidden secrets or mysteries in the tower. Also I don’t know why I thought this when I first seen the tower, but wouldn’t it be cool to have it rise up out of the cliffside and then me situated on top of the mt. Idk Call me crazy.

I like that idea that, on a planet full of animal people conditioned into racism, there’s one European game hunter displaced from his home time and just hunts the entirety of civilization.
One thing I’d personally love to see them do - and it doesn’t have to be this season. They could save it maybe for next season or at some point in the show’s run - but I always thought it would be both cool and funny if they did a one-off episode where the Thundercats find themselves in some sort of Looney Tunes-inspired setting (maybe Lion-O and/or Tygra ingest some sort of hallucinogenic fruit or Mumm-Ra or some other magical force sends them into some strange dimension).
If anyone remembers the show Farscape, there was an episode called “Revenging Angel” that did kind of the same thing where Crichton gets knocked into a coma and hallucinates he’s being chased by D’Argo in a Road Runner-like setup. Here’s a scene from it:

Maybe it’s just me, but I think it would be really funny to see the Thundercats go all Looney Tunes and pull Chuck Jones and Tex Avery-style gags. Considering the showrunners also had a similar episode with Batman: The Brave & the Bold, and that Warner Bros. created the Looney Tunes characters in the first place, I don’t see why not.
Brave & the Bold is completely different, tone wise, to Thundercats. I don’t see that happening. I think the farthest they’d go with something like that would be something similar to Avatar TLA when Sokka got high off that cactus juice. And it would probably happen to Snarf or the kittens (or possibly Tygra if it’s silkyfruit. lol).
I must admit, if Tygra doesn’t get his mind altered by something along the course of the series, I’m going to feel disappointed.
I hope Michael Jelenic’s musical episode idea happens.
Only as a reel, please, not a real episode. Then they could a great show like Brigadoom in the Lexx. I could see a top-hatted Tygra singing “One singular sensation”…

Just for a change, I’d like to see Panthro or Lion-O go on a mind-altering trip. I could imagine the latter finding a VR device and accidently get lost in it.
Yeah. I never liked musical episodes myself. To wit, Buffy was one of my favorite shows. But if there’s a guaranteed way to make me leave a room, all one has to do is pop in the episode “Once More, With Feeling.” Ugh. Never before in my life was I more embarrassed to have been a fan of that show until that aired. I know lots of fans hold it up as a work of genius for some reason. But me… I’m sorry, I just fail to see it. (And I do like musicals. At least, good ones. Like The Rocky Horror Picture Show and Jesus Christ Superstar).

In certain shows musical episodes are fun. I liked the Buffy one. I enjoyed the Xena ones. But I don’t think I want one in Thundercats.
I’d like to see the Thundertank have a “Chris Nolan’s Batmobile” scene. And I’d like that scene to incorporate the cycles.
