Finally! Drought is over! A whole day of hard, heavy, cold rain. we’ve been needing this - the POA was rationing our water usage because it has been so hot and dry lately that the supply of water wasn’t able to keep up with the demand for it:eek:
POA? The only thing coming to my mind is Power of Attorney, but I know that can’t be what you mean. 
Sorry XD I forget people don’t know what I mean XD We live in a gated village run by a group called the POA (Property Owners Association). 
Ah… You could also call them the PTB (Powers That Be).
